OT - Country Fried Burger

Country Fried Burger! 3/4# fried burger cooked till medium. Melted provolone. Topped with roasted poblanos, jalapenos and onions. all on a caramelized bun with avocado ranch mayo. Yes it was good.

    Large BGE & Mini Max for the wok. A few old camp Dutch ovens and a wood fired oven. LSG 24” cabinet offset smoker. There are a few paella pans and a Patagonia cross in the barn. A curing chamber for bacterial transformation of meats...

    @SciAggie I made the patties. Hit then with a little bit of meat church voodoo. Covered them and put in the freezer for about 30 minutes. Then I just double breaded in flour with egg/milk wash. Cooked 4 minutes a side. This was my first time making them. I've heard them called poor man chicken fried steak.

    Salado TX & 30A  FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Just given a Mini to add to the herd.
