Smoked Coffee Rubbed Beef Ribs over Garlic Mashed Taters

Ive been craving to make this since seeing a buddy cook this the other week. I smoked these ribs at 250 til they probed like butta (around 212 IT).. So good!

Absolutely the best protein off an Egg and your looks great.Salado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Just given a Mini to add to the herd.
