Seasoned with some Suckle Busters beer rub.Smoked at 225 for an hour on the LBGE.
Reverse seared on the MMBGE at 800.
Perfection!!

Looks delicious, nice finish. I like using my large and mini max in tandem. Makes for a fun cook and allows a little more time for beverages.
