I see they have a recipe for it for a 16" pizza, implying it will make a 16" pie (yaaayy!). According to their spec sheet the opening is 16.1". That's really going to make one sharpen their peel launching skills.

Either the stand is giant, or it is much smaller than I thought. That is kindling directly underneath, I thought they were closer to splits.

I think the whole setup is very cool, especially of it delivers on the performance side. Would love to add something like this to my setup. Is it portable enough to drive to NC or New Orleans? I mean, if there was anything worth driving it there for. Remember that alcohol laws are more lenient in Algiers Point, LA than they are in Salisbury, NC.
