SWMBO called and said hey take a steak out for tonight, followed up by Bacon wrapped Asparagus then at the end she asked about potatoes. Well here is the cook-
First after 5+ not so great Hasselbak attempts we just slice them now and put them on the grate. Downside is you lose a few along the way.
Steak went in the SV bath for 80 min at 125. Got a new Vac Sealer at costco and it came with these zipper bags you can use- very easy thought I would try one. Yes pic sucks
Potatoes on the Raised grate- no deflection of heat ~400
after about 10 min I put the Bacon Wrapped Asparagus on that upper rack- not sure where the pic went.
After the potatoes were done Kicked the Heat up on the egg to 500+ pulled the steak outside. You can see the wrapped asparagus now
Final product

Just Vote- What if you could choose "none of the above" on an election ballot? Millions of Americans do just that, in effect, by not voting. The result in 2016: "Nobody" won more counties, more states, and more electoral votes than either candidate for president.
