Try this youtube channel.  It is called "Prime Time," done by two guys who own a butcher shop in New York.  They are either giving butchering advice, trying weird food experiments (that are usually pretty interesting) or visiting restaurants known for a particular dish.  I find it entertaining and enlightening.
