Meatloaf ran at 250 with a chunk of cherry for 3hrs and then raised temp to 350 to set the sauce. 
Served up with mashed cauliflower and fresh green beans in the IP

That Meatloaf is prefect!! Great job!! But those canned green beans, barf! As a kid who had to finish everything on my plate I would feed my dog those under the table to get rid of them. I would still do it today if I had too. HAHA
