Grilled Halibut

Boss lady wanted some Halibut, so I complied. Picked up a big hunk at Costco.
Had to break it down into steaks. First time for everything. Didn't turn out too bad for the first time.
Oiled and seasoned each side with EVOO and some Traeger lemon seasoning and onto the grill.
Finished up with some avocado salsa and some jalepeno cheddar noodles. Will make again.

Give me a tomatillo recipe if you have a chance @Battleborn I saw you post a cook with chicken and tomatillo and that inspired me to grow some. Well they are ripe and ready. I made some salsa verde but it was too hot for swmbo

@alaskanassasin the only one that comes to mind was a pork chili verde I made back in January or February. My wife and kids can't handle heat well, so I just try to use less spicy peppers and more passilla or poblano.
