brining ribs????

About to do my first batch of baby back ribs. Wanting to know if anyone has brined theirs,and if so is there a difference if you don't???? I have always brined in the past using other x brand barbeques,with good results. Thanks for any input....

A couple years ago, Cooks Illustrated had an article about BB ribs. It called for putting the ribs in an extra large ziplock with a brine. I tried it a couple times but really didn't see that it made much of a difference. Probably because the ribs we buy are already sodium injected. -RP

I tried a batch brined and didn't care for them - too hammy and not any moister. Brining did knock almost an hour off of the cook time though.
