Funny you mention that. Last week we threw an old frozen chuckie in the pressure cooker with frontera barbacoa marinade, then drained and shredded it, and crisped it in the air fryer. Outstanding meal in about one hour.Chicago, IL - Large and Small BGE - Weber Gasser and Kettle
