BBQ Egg Rolls

I am planning on making some pulled pork egg rolls in the deep fryer for dinner tonight. I have leftover pulled pork, pickled red onions, and all sorts of peppers in the garden. Any suggestions or tips would be welcomed and greatly appreciated.

I haven't quit thinking about this idea since your post yesterday. I may have to thaw me a pack of my pulled pork and give this a whirl. .thanks for the idea.1 large in challenger cart and 1 mini-max , too many dang accessories
