BBQ Egg Rolls

I am planning on making some pulled pork egg rolls in the deep fryer for dinner tonight. I have leftover pulled pork, pickled red onions, and all sorts of peppers in the garden. Any suggestions or tips would be welcomed and greatly appreciated.

I am thinking I am going to roast an anaheim pepper to go along with the pickled red onions.

Question: Should I reheat the pork before I roll it or roll it cold and let it heat up in the oil?

here it is...pulled pork, pickled red onions, and roasted Anaheim peppers. rolled up and deep-fried.

I haven't quit thinking about this idea since your post yesterday.  I may have to thaw me a pack of my pulled pork and give this a whirl. .thanks for the idea.
