I’ve just purchased a Large Egg. Want to maximize my vertical space for smoking, etc. favorite racks ?

I’m a big fan of the adjustable rig from ceramic grill store. They make an extender for another added level as well. I also have the spider which can add even more space down low but I use that as a wok ring and searing rig down by the lump. So the ultimate set up with this equipment is
1- the adjustable rig (I have the RB combo which has oval stones and grids)
2- extender and sliding grid
3- spider with small BGE cast iron grid (for searing) and small stone so you can have 3 levels of cooking above that.Keepin' It Weird in The ATX FBTX -
