Creekstone Beef Ribs

Bought these maybe 6 months ago when on sale.  Pulled out of the freeze yesterday.  Today, cut away all excess top fat and all silver skin.  Removed the membrane below.  Rubbed generously with SuckleBusters 1836.  250, over a drip pan, pecan and mesquite, about 6 hours.  Served with roasted garlic mashed potatoes and grilled sweet onion beef gravy.

Honestly, maybe my favorite cook.
