Best Mac & cheese

Someone here posted a while back about doing green chili Mac and cheese...forgot who but it looked fantastic.  Created my version tonight using sharp cheddar and Gouda I smoked on the egg a couple of months ago, some canned green chilies, pickled jalapenos, and ham leftover from Easter.

Smokiness of the cheese was awesome, and loved the heat from the chilies.  Best version of Mac and cheese I have made.  Thanks to whoever posted this originally!
