First run at using my meat grinding attachment

A blend of wagyu brisket, sirloin, short rib, and bacon. Dusted with dizzy pig raising the steaks before hitting the grill. Egg was at about 350-400. Cooked to a medium rare.
Burgers were then topped with caramelized onions, extra sharp cheddar, bacon, and then a habanero Bbq sauce.
Over all I couldn’t be happier with my first go at this. Can’t see myself buying premade burgers anytime soon, and very excited to try my hand at sausage.

I’ve been contemplating getting that attachment, I think you just sold one. From what I hear it’s good for occasional use but not for heavy duty grinding for long durations.LBGE, 36" Blackstone, Anova ProCharleston, SC

That is one tasty looking burger! Nicely done.
How long did it take you to grind all that? I quickly got frustrated with my KA grinder attachment. It just took forever. And stuffing sausages with the attachment was painful for me. I picked up this grinder from Harbor Freight. $50 and it is more than adequate for my occasional use. I've done up to 15 lbs of meat for sausage ground twice in under 40 minutes.
Now a sausage stuffer, that's a whole other rabbit hole. But I love my 5lb LEM hand stuffer. Took a 2+ hour job with the KA attachment down to 10 minutes. -
That’s one fine looking burger!
I have the HF grinder also. I have no complaints with it. No matter how you got there, that’s a badass burger.___________________________________

Burger looks great, as does the spread! That jalepeno bbq sauce sounds amazing on a burger as well

Link to the grinder attachment please? I've just read/watched a few reviews. The KA brand attachment is apparently aluminum.

Another compatible brand comes in stainless steel and dishwasher safe.

I have the plastic KA meat grinder attachment and it broke after a few years of very light use. Same with the shredder attachment (I used it yesterday for the fist time after getting it “free” in a bundle and it cracked at the same place as the meat grinder).____________________Entrepreneurs are simply those who understand that there is little difference between obstacle and opportunity and are able to turn both to their advantage. •Niccolo Machiavelli
