Good Cooking shows?

A little insomnia today after getting off work. Found Pit master BBQ...not what I thought it was.
Wanting a show /series I can learn some new tricks or recipes..not some fluffed up scripted competition

I stumbled into Cowboy Kent Rollins on YouTube. Very easy to listen to and I enjoy his passion for cooking.

    A little background on him:

Both Food Wishes and Marion's Kitchen are favorites of mine on EweTube, along with Cowboy Kent Rollins that @WeberWho mentioned above.

EDIT:  Oh, and Jamie Oliver's show on PBS (Saturday mornings) is quite good, too (as are several shows on PBS Saturday).

This YouTube guy's pretty good for Italian, though his latest post is 2 years old. I especially like his Sunday gravy! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nsxVok0tdXc

I hate it when I go to the kitchen for food and all I find are ingredients!

I was watching an Australian cooking show last night. The chef made a meringue - and the audience applauded vigorously.

I was quite surprised. I figured Australians would boo meringue...

Large BGE & Mini Max for the wok. A few old camp Dutch ovens and a wood fired oven. LSG 24” cabinet offset smoker. There are a few paella pans and a Patagonia cross in the barn. A curing chamber for bacterial transformation of meats...
"Bourbon slushies. Sure you can cook on the BGE without them, but why would you?"

To answer the OP’s question I tumble down the rabbit hole on YouTube nearly every night. Recently I’ve been watching Brad Leone and Bon Appetit. There are a couple Mexican and Chinese channels I watch - I either read subtitles or just watch because I no speaky the language.
