Recent faux pas with ribs

I recently had something happen while smoking some spare ribs and what I learned is that ribs are more forgiving than we give them credit for.  I lost my fire during the middle hour of the 3-1-1 process and the temp never recovered for the remainder of the third 1hr segment.  Results:  fantastic ribs.  Moral of the story, don't sweat it, it's all good.  Cheers!

    Good to know.  With that said, it may be that foil helps make the ribs very forgiving.

    Possibly so.  It's really hard to screw up with the BGE.
