Favorite HOT SAUCE for your BGE'd meat?

Thought this would be a good time to share your favorite hot sauce and hopefully bring a little business to the small companies that make them.  Include a purchase link if you can.
SO, reach in your cabinet and pull out a couple daily favorites that are not from major distributors.  ....something that most of us may not have seen before.
These 3 are currently in my regular rotation.  I have a lot of hot sauces, but I reach for these often because they are flavorful without being overpowering.  (ignore the political picture on Susie's, more on that below ;) )

GATOR SAUCE! - This stuff makes all my food taste like a bloody mary. It's a very full flavored medium hot sauce that goes great with everything.

HANK SAUCE - I have not had one of these I don't like.  They all have a unique garlic herbal taste, and are not that different from each other.  Try any of them.  Good heat and unique flavor.

SUSIE'S ORIGINAL - This a standard island habanero hot sauce, but I like it better than others.  It has a bright heat flavor that reminds me of trips to the islands.  I bought this bottle in the airport after TSA made me throw away my huge selection of sauce offerings because I accidentally packed it in my carry-on luggage when leaving Antiqua.  So that's why Obama is on the bottle. It's what they had in the airport. :)  It's an excellent sauce.

I actually buy it at the restaurants- started using on my Chorizo Breakfast Tacos, then to others and now its a staple in my fridge I used for almost anything.

Oh, thanks! I have heard good things about Torchy's Tacos, but have never been.  I'll grab this sauce for sure.
EDIT- Oh Crap.  I guess not.  Shipping charge for one bottle is higher than the hot sauce cost.  Looks good, but not $22 good! :)  I'll see if I can find it somewhere else and get a few different sauces if other good ones are recommended.

I like sriracha. Especially the garlic infused brands.

Sounds like a plan!  On my google search for their Diablo sauce, I found a few recipes online and even a video of one guy comparing the recipe to the original. So I suppose I can try that also.

This stuff is great.  We make our own Chipotle bowls at home with grilled steak, chicken, pulled pork, veggies and our own cilantro lime rice.  A little sour cream, cheese, and this drizzled over the top...Money!  Good on pizza too

I can only tell you the two I don’t like. Tabasco and sriracha . They both have their place but I can’t just pour these two on anything and like it as I can most others. Very few stand alones but many many great  ones.

I agree with you on those two.  And, those are the most common options when you ask a restaurant if they have hot sauce! "Tabasco or Sriracha?"  "uhhh, neither?" :)

If you like Thai food...   try a Peanut Butter & Sriracha sandwich.  Sounds gross, but it tastes like thai peanut sauce.  You can go heavy on the Sriracha also, you'll be surprised.

This one is a favorite of mine and relatively easy to find in my part of the world. I don’t use it for heat as much as it’s flavor profile. I don’t consider it hot by my standards.....in spite of what the sign says. I use it as a basting sauce on beef kabobs....it is outstanding on both the protein and vegetables.

I'm a purist. Tabasco is my favorite. In the South, no self-respecting BBQ place can be without it on the tables. The other usual suspects are present on the tables, However, Tabasco sets the standard.

I have some of that in the pantry that I haven't even opened yet.  Good reminder to get on it.

    Thanks

Big fan of this local sauce. The green and the red are both exceptionally flavorful for the amount of heat they bring.

That stuff is great on eggs......lots of garlic.

Hank Sauce, Great Aardvark, Blis (made by Founders Brewery here in Michigan), SWB ( South West (MI) Brand, also local), Da Bomb (hot, hot, hot), Pure Green Carolina Reaper (delicious, actually made in Arizona), Mike's Hot Honey (I am addicted to this on fried chicken).....that little pint jar is that smoked garlic and habanero concoction that was on here, I love it on eggs.

Yellowbird has been my most recent go to. Good flavor a bit more complex than a one dimensional hot sauce.

This has been my go-to lately. I originally bought it because I wanted to make something similar using the syrup that we make at our family maple operation. But after tasting it, I didn’t really see the point. They also have a smoked version that’s pretty good. It’s not nearly as sweet as you’d think.

I will 3rd or 4th Yellowbird Habanero.  I put it on everything.  Coincidentally, I read the ingredients recently and saw that there is carrot in there.   Must create a balance because I don’t taste it.  I like my sauce hot and it delivers without overdoing it.  Cheers!

I've noticed most Habanero sauces I've bought use carrot as a base.
