A Tribute Cook

As Norah Grace and I were looking at some old post the other day from Brent, she decided she wanted to cook some seafood to honor him and the BAM Butt Blast folks.

Brent was on another level when it came to his seafood and we could never even come close to his skills, but Norah Grace wanted to a try.
With today being the end of Butt Blast, Norah Grace felt good about giving it a try. She made some roasted veggies and shrimp to pay tribute. Below are a few photos of her effort, she did her very best to make it something that eggheads would be proud to have posted as a tribute.

To say that I am impressed would be to sell the whole concept, cook and presentation extremely short. What a tribute. Her skills are off the chart. She is wiser than her years, extremely talented and Brent would be so proud to know that he inspired her in some small way.
That is incredible. Wow, just wow.Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period. CHEETO (aka Agent Orange) makes Nixon look like a saint. -
