My BIL who works for Sysco in BCS called me last night- SRF Brisket getting cleaned out of the Freezer.  Price was right but timing was wrong after buying the Prime Beef Tenderloins last week.
XLBGE, LBGECharbroil Gas Grill, Weber Q200, Old Weber Kettle, Rectec RT-B380, Yeti 65, Yeti Hopper 20, RTIC 20, RTIC 20 Soft Side - Too many drinkware vessels to mention.

Not quite in Austin, TX City Limits
Just Vote- What if you could choose "none of the above" on an election ballot? Millions of Americans do just that, in effect, by not voting.  The result in 2016: "Nobody" won more counties, more states, and more electoral votes than either candidate for president.

    Yep.   Beautiful.

Has anyone else noticed that good small briskets are hard to find.  I think I saw about 10 prime briskets last time I was at the store and 8 of them were over 20 pounds - the other two were 19.9 and 15+.

When you're not throwing a party I guess a small brisket is preferred but they're getting snatched up quickly.

XXL BGE, Karebecue, Chargiller Akorn Kamado, Weber Smokey Mountain, Grand Turbo gasser, Weber Smoky Joe, and the wheelbarrow that my grandfather used to cook steaks from his cattle

Yes, if they would have had a smallish one I would have grabbed it.
Ended up with shrimp, oysters, salmon and lump crab.

@Photo Egg that's a great audible right there.  But I don't have your will power  (or easy access to Wagyu other than SRF) so if I saw that I would have gone all-in.
When doing a brisket bender in Central Texas last June I made it a point to wander thru a few HEB stores just to get pi$$ed off.  B)
Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood.  Life is too short for light/lite beer!  Seems I'm livin in a transitional period. CHEETO (aka Agent Orange) makes Nixon look like a saint.
