SO I started out wanting to try this sous vide reverse sear cook.  Didn't quite work out like I wanted as the the sous vide was defective.  So, break out the BGE for a high sear then slow cook the rest with the pizza stone deflector.  By the way loving the dual grill grates.  Actually very useful.  Had a blast cooking it though.

    The wood boxes are bluetooth connects for the temp probe in each steak.  Allows me to go 165 feet around the house and still see the numbers ambient and internal temps.  Its been spot on too.
