Ground beef is apparently sold out regularly in these parts. A woman was lamenting that fact when I was at Costco yesterday. The meat guys said that they have it daily, but sell out within an hour of opening the store.

I have about a dozen flat iron steaks in the freezer from the last big sale.
They are on my list to grind next.
Flat Iron burgers sound good.
When I was a kid, almost everyone had a clamp to the counter meat grinder.
Having ground meat was never a problem.So far, this hunker down is just like being stranded after a hurricane. Except we have electric power and half our **** didn’t wash away.
The worst is yet to come.
