Parish makes some good beers. Wasn’t familiar w/ them and attended their beer dinner @ Thistle Draftshop in Spring (TX) a few months ago. All did a good job of pairing the food and beer.

It was good but I’m so used to hazy beers it kinda caught me off guard. So weird to drink a regular IPA now. The key lime pie was good but if you see Westbrook’s MaximumPapaljuice said:

I like the orange bitters and some vanilla/ clove simple syrup. I am partial to using wheated bourbon in mine. Lots of folks in our crowd are big fans of the old fashion.
