I don't have a recipe for making your own, but this rub is really good!

Mickey’s Coffee Rub
1/4 cup salt
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup pure Ancho Chili powder (ground Ancho pepper only, noting else. Can be found on Amazon)
1/2 cup expresso coffee ground very fine
1/4 cup garlic powder
1/4 cup ground black pepper
Save leftover rub in a jar in the freezer to keep fresh
Billyray’s Rub Recipe
1 Tablespoon finely ground expresso coffee
1 Tablespoon pure Ancho Chili powder
1 teaspoon cocoa powder
1 teaspoon granulated garlic
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon ground fennel seed
1/8 teaspoons ground allspice
4 tsp kosher salt
2 tsp fresh ground black pepper
Memphis Dust by Meathead
3/4 cup dark brown sugar
3/4 cup white sugar
1/2 cup regular paprika
1/4 cup garlic powder
2 tablespoons ground black Pepper
2 tablespoons ground ginger powder
2 Tablespoons onion powder
2 Tablespoons rosemary powder
Simon & Garfunkel Rub (poultry only)
1 Tablespoon dried crushed parsley
2 Tablespoons dried crushed sage
1 Tablespoon dried crushed rosemary
1 Tablespoon dried crushed thyme
1 tablespoon dried crushed oregano
1 tablespoon dried crushed bay leaf
1 tablespoon ground black Pepper
1 tablespoon sugar
Instructions: Salt meat separately according to taste and if brine has been injected, mix the rub I tablespoons with one tablespoon of olive oil, rub the bird all over, let marinade in the fridge from 1 to several hours uncovered.
I would suggest the Memphis Dust for pork. None of these are my personal recipes. I got them all off of here . When possible I listed the author.
