I love salad too and especially a Caesar. I have a problem finding good lettuce though so I rarely eat one at home. I’ve tried butter lettuce, regular lettuce and romaine. Everything is always either brown or bitter. We had a bag of shredded lettuce last week for fish tacos that was so bitter it was inedible. It was awful.
