@saluki2007 Just a fan. They were the first big craft beer in the area (2009ish?), and they’ve had a spot in my beer fridge ever since. Between the el catador club (BA beer club)/Hunahpu’s Day (Beer fest)/ and regular stops to the brewery itself you could consider me an investor.

I’m on a weight loss kick. Was drinking nearly every night Th-Sun during football season. So limiting my drinking significantly so far this year and eating better has me down 20lbs. I would eat well all week, but 3 good beers and a cheat meal would sabotage any progress. So keeping to to special occasions/every other weekend have a couple kind of philosophy.

Thanks @Aubie1 for the article. Speaking with a bourbon loving friend recently he said it’s best as a after dinner/desert drink than anything else. I’ll give it a go next time I see it and report back.
