So it’s Thursday already. Where are all the discussions about what everybody is cooking for the super bowl???
Here’s my menu;
Sunday birthday lunch for my boys who turned 13 today
smash burgers and whatever sides my wife makes
Super bowl party for the 4 of us
Smied chicken wings (smoked then fried)
Pig shots
Moink balls

Large BGE & Mini Max for the wok. A few old camp Dutch ovens and a wood fired oven. LSG 24” cabinet offset smoker. There are a few paella pans and a Patagonia cross in the barn. A curing chamber for bacterial transformation of meats...
"Bourbon slushies. Sure you can cook on the BGE without them, but why would you?"

No stress brisket-aka smoking late Saturday and then reheating for Sunday when no one will care as I am delivering to a neighborhood party. But the brisket...She's a beaut!Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period. CHEETO (aka Agent Orange) makes Nixon look like a saint.

Not really a meal, just an assortment of things.Smoked chicken wings, beer cheese dip, salami and pepperoni/cheese plate, sh!t on a shingle, skyline dip and whatever else is brought.Steve

Having a little get together at my place, 6-7 people. Have about 9lbs of wings, homemade onion rings, potato skins, and an assortment of dips/appetizers others are bringing. And plenty of adult beverages to go around with some stogies.Plan is to have the big screen in living room on starting at 10am coverage, and setting up a tv for the patio with the fire pit outside later on in the day.Pulling for the Chiefs, as I’d like to see Reid get one. But the SF D and running game will be a big test for Mahommes and Co. Really just hoping for a close game either way.Hope everyone enjoys the day, it’s the last football we’ll get til August.

Two Boston Butts are finishing up right now. Smoking 4 racks of ribs and wings tomorrow. Also going to try the bourbon slushy I have seen in other threads. Should be a good time.
