Turbo brisket
Need a hand for a turbo brisket. I have a 14# brisket to smokeChrisatmas day. Plans changed and i can't
do an overnight cook. I don't have much experience doing a fast cook. After seaching it looks like 300-375f for 5-6 hrs. Any tips on a fast cook? TIA!

@nolaegghead and @SGH did a turbo brisket at brisket camp a few years ago so go with the above. For sure I would go fat cap down as there is a good chance some will stick to the grate.
Finish-line is always the same. Enjoy the cook.
