Turbo brisket

Need a hand for a turbo brisket. I have a 14# brisket to smokeChrisatmas day. Plans changed and i can't
do an overnight cook. I don't have much experience doing a fast cook. After seaching it looks like 300-375f for 5-6 hrs. Any tips on a fast cook? TIA!
