In my opinion you absolutely made the right choice. The cafe was much more enjoyable compared to the cherry. The cherry in bottle was more balanced than when I had it on tap, but the cafe was still better.CigarCityEgger said:@Leopoldstoch I picked up two BCBS and the Cafe De Olla. Did not feel like firing up the egg this P.M. Threw a couple of fillets on the gaser and an assist from Four Roses Specially Select OBSV, 104 proof and Trinidad Reyes.

Goose Island released the bourbon county stout line last week
I was able to grab 1 original, 1 mon cheri, 2 cafe de ola, 2 wheatwines, and 1 reserve rye
did not get the entire lineup but happy enough with what I was able to get. really wish I could have grabbed at least one of each though
and the local brewery does a few different barrel aged releases each year. yesterday they released their imperial stout, named awesomest prime, at a nice 17% abv. headed after work to grab a growler of that. it is aged for a year
I also was able to grab a Stagg jr, A Midwinter's Night Dram, and an Eagle Rare on black Friday

Release from Black Friday. I was putting up Christmas decorations all day and had the little one with me. Didn’t have the time to drive 30 mins to the brewpub to pick them up. So my old man (being a beer lover as well) swings by in the middle of the afternoon and drops off all 3 IPA releases from that day. God bless him -

The cloud was really good. That Wild Leap truck chaser was really good as well. My neighbor came over with another local ATL Beer Variant. 10.5% and pretty tasty. I had a rough morning.Aubie1 said:

After searching several of the large liquor stores locally, found the limited release peppermint Khulna. Made the wif and neighbor lady a few Holliday White Russians substituting the holiday Khlula. Didn’t taste it but here it was outstanding.Ellijay GA with a Medium & MiniMax
