That’s nice. I bet you will enjoy that for years to come.Coleman, Texas
Large BGE & Mini Max for the wok. A few old camp Dutch ovens and a wood fired oven. LSG 24” cabinet offset smoker. There are a few paella pans and a Patagonia cross in the barn. A curing chamber for bacterial transformation of meats...
"Bourbon slushies. Sure you can cook on the BGE without them, but why would you?"

Great planning and execution right there. Impressive skill-set. Congratulations.Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period. CHEETO (aka Agent Orange) makes Nixon look like a saint.

Joe Jr felt left out. Adding a small stand / storage cabinet for him

Design is good, but way too many knots showing on the front for my liking. The front should have used a much better grade of cedar. The sides should use cedar with only a few knots. The rear and any inner boards can get away with the less expensive, knotty boards.

Very true, one of the limitations in our area is home depot cedar isn't always the best quality. I did pick through the pallet to find the better pieces but it would have been nice to have some more choice in the quality of cedar being used for sureMikee said:Design is good, but way too many knots showing on the front for my liking.
