Have told you this before. If i had to get rid of 4 of my 5 eggs the Mini would survive.Salado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Just given a Mini to add to the herd.

This is one of those rare posts that I wish I could give it a Triple Seal Of Approval my friend. But atlas, I only have a Double. The food alone earns the DSOP. The use of the mighty mini just puts it over the top. Simply outstanding my friend.

Let this get happy for about an hour then mixed in some some sliced peaces and put the tray on the Mini to cook up and caramelize a little.
Poured over some Blue Bell Vanilla Ice Cream. Was soooo good.

All came out great.
Went in to mix another drink and the scallops got away from me a little but everything else was excellent.
The Mini is great when you are not in a hurry for a bunch of food at once.
Just cooked up small batches of food over several hours on Saturday while visiting with a good friend. Could not have worked out better and super easy to tote the Mini with me.Thank you,DarianGalveston Texas -

Everything looks awesome, but there's something about that last picture of roasting marshmallows that feels so warm and homey.It's "Smokin Gal", not "Smoking Al".
