The Little EggFest that could.

We had our 3rd annual EggFest in my little hometown yesterday. We had 8 cooking teams serving a variety things.
I had the lions share of the protein since I had the 2XL and an XL. The 2XL is a beast! 30lbs on bsl thighs at one time.
All in all we raised over 4k for a local woman's shelter and my cooking partners and I won the people's choice award. ( We put out tip jars and the most tips won.)
Long and exhausting day but damn it's fun.
