I need to get some wide skewers as the these were a pain to flip. All in all a fantastic meal. Especially with a tzatziki sauce for dipping

I have some Steven Raichlen skewers that are 1/2" and pretty good. Also have the 3/4" ones which seem to split everything they touch...
