OT: Last Catering Gig For The Season
Options
A 90 lb Berkshire was put to bed for a long smoke nap a few minutes ago. Catering a wedding for 80 people - menu also includes chicken, Mac and cheese, slaw, and pineapple chipotle beans.
Sitting close to the firebox as it’s 55 degrees out, but it’s going to top 80 so I’m in shorts.
