SV burgers must’ve been in the air today. 1/2lb burgers salt and pepper with a touch of cumin. SV at 145° for 1 1/2 hrs

Seared on small at 550

Home cut fries rubbed with DP Tsunami Spin on large at 425

Gotta toast the buns

A little melted Swiss with caramelized onions and shroom with a balsamic mayo Lil more done than I hoped for but still very edible

Thanks for looking.

Large BGE & Mini Max for the wok. A few old camp Dutch ovens and a wood fired oven. LSG 24” cabinet offset smoker. There are a few paella pans and a Patagonia cross in the barn. A curing chamber for bacterial transformation of meats...
"Bourbon slushies. Sure you can cook on the BGE without them, but why would you?"

Those fries (baked potato wedges) look great! I see you cooked at 425--did you take note of how long they took?
-
Awesome, guess I need try the SV burgers now!Southlake, TX and Cowhouse Creek - King, TX. 2 Large, 1 Small and a lot of Eggcessories.

I’ve not timed them but guess maybe 7-9 minutes per side. I flip once they start getting a good crust and color. Once both sides are crusted it’s all up to the probe for tender.SmokeyLopey said:Those fries (baked potato wedges) look great!
