Left overnight in the fridge to dry out. Covered in Lane’s garlic seasoning. Fresh garlic added to the cayenne hot sauce. 30 min raised direct at 350, flipped and another 20 min. Tossed with the sauce and put back on for another 5 minutes or so.

I love this post. My children love them roasted juicy, so that is the way I usually do the wings.
I like them crisp as in raised direct for an hour.
