Seeded wholemeal loaf cooked in a DO

First post in forever, work has been insane and I've missed the forum. I made a seeded wholemeal loaf in a Dutch oven using latent heat after having cooked a five bone beef joint. Recipe linked below, it was a long-ish fermentation one so it wasn't critical timing for when the beef was finished:
