Hello

Back on the forum after a several year layoff. Hope everyone is doing well. I moved to the Denver area in January, 2018 but will keep my TexanOfTheNorth handle.

Well, "spa-Peggy" is kind of like spaghetti. I'm not sure what Peggy does different, if anything. But it's the one dish she's kind of made her own.

Welcome back.  The liberties that you may recall from Friday night shenanigans have been throttled shut by The Buffalo.
However, she/he did pay quite a tribute to an incredibly giving, talented and all around great forum member and human being by running the banner with a photo of @bgebrent for quite a while.

Well, Colorado is still north of Texas so there's that. As long as you weren't TexanOfTheGWNorth, you're good! =) Welcome back!

I hate it when I go to the kitchen for food and all I find are ingredients!

  • Welcome back John!  What a pleasant surprise!  You're living in the Denver area now, I see.  What a great part of the country!  Just to let you know, the beer here in the States is still on average not as good as in the GWN and curling has not caught on very much.  There you go.  Your re-orientation to the States is now complete.  How's your supply of Maple Leaf lump holding out?

Hahahaha!  It's good to see you post again!

Thanks Bob. Hope everything is going well in Flint!

I picked Denver because my 3 kids and (now) 5 grandkids all live here. I'm within 20 minutes of all of them.

Hey Gary. It's a possibility. I may be back up in Toronto towards the end of September.
