Some love for the Mini

The mini finding it loves the cottage this summer, here it is glazing some mushrooms before getting ready to sear the steaks.

Thanks again @lkapigian

Only had my mini for a month or two, but D and I like cooking on it. It does a great job for us.
I drink cheap beer so I can afford good bourbon.

Looks great. Mini doesn't get as much love as it deserves. I've been trying to incorporate it more. Just picked up a new thermometer for it as the old one was way out of calibration and I didn't realize it when I bought it but I bought one that can't be calibrated. Why would Smokeware even make one like that?

I am the same way.  My b-day is coming up in September.  I know this is going to be a no brainer but SWMBO asked what I wanted as a gift.  Torn between a MM or tickets to the LSU/Texas Game.  Shouldn't be much different in cost.

You mentioned MM, this is a Mini not a MiniMax

I’ve bought two larges, a MM and been gifted this Mini (thanks Larry) and it’s a really fun grill.

My Mini was devastated by my dog. Replaced it, eventually, with an Akorn Jr. for $75. Miss my Mini!!!

I hate it when I go to the kitchen for food and all I find are ingredients!

Minis rule. I like my MM, but the mini is special.
