Pizza tonight for Easter - long story but excellent. 2 day rise using SD and blend of KABF, OO and gram of malt. Our fav combo tonight was Crème fraîche base, red onion, sausage, chives, dates & fresh motz for cheese. Try it sometime. Cheers!
