I smoked a butt overnight. No problems at all pulled at 10. Left my egg going at 250 and put 2 racks on at 11:30. We went to swim at my in-laws came back at 2 and the egg was at about 130 degrees. I started it back and am cooking again. Do you think the meat will still be safe to eat?

I added a piece of aluminum foil and I guess it cut of to much air flow.wardo said:Did you just burn through all your lump?Dyersburg, TN -
Turned out just in time! Cranked the heat up to 325. I’ll see how they turned out.
