Tomahawk Ribeye

Options
Simple reverse sear. Egg setup indirect at 200 with a chunk of hickory. Ribeye on for about an hour til 125, then pulled and brought egg up to 700.  Grate down low and when ready to sear I shut the bottom vent and just left the lid open.  Sear was maybe 60 seconds a side flipping and rotating 4 times.  Came out perfect! Paired with a salad from the Mrs and a shock top.  Great day with family!
