Tomahawk Ribeye

Simple reverse sear. Egg setup indirect at 200 with a chunk of hickory. Ribeye on for about an hour til 125, then pulled and brought egg up to 700.  Grate down low and when ready to sear I shut the bottom vent and just left the lid open.  Sear was maybe 60 seconds a side flipping and rotating 4 times.  Came out perfect! Paired with a salad from the Mrs and a shock top.  Great day with family!

That looks great! I especially like the pasta salad. What did she use for a salad dressing?

I hate it when I go to the kitchen for food and all I find are ingredients!

There is something beautifully fantastic about a Tomahawk ribeye, and you more than did it justice.  Great job!
