Ive never gone this long without using my Egg, but in the middle of an outdoor kitchen/deck project and haven’t cooked in two months. Opened my Egg today and all moldy. I guess whatever I cooked last was high-splatter. Best method to clean it? Will a lazy clean burn do the trick?

Cook five meals I never heard of but wish I did and post statJacksonville FL -
I typically don’t bother with a separate clean burn- I light the egg and let it sit heated for maybe a bit longer than I otherwise would before adding the food

I used to have mold problems with my eggs. I started opening both vents all the way, the day after the cook when the egg was cold and the fire out. Fixed the problem for me.
