Santa Maria Tri Tip

Was able to pick up a prime tri tip at Costco and cooked it Santa Maria style, reverse sear. Came out really well.
LBGE & SBGE. Central Texas.

@Jeremiah I cooked it Santa Maria style, seasoned with salt, pepper, onion powder, paprika, garlic powder. Nice, we do ours with SPOG to an IT of 120 then reverse sear. This way we have rare in the middle to reheat the next day.Michael
