After a marathon cooking event....

Yesterday Chef Norah Grace's day began before the sun decided to show its face.  She worked hard, cooked up a storm and fed 50 something people, but she wasn’t done.  When we came back home she had a small amount of pulled pork in a container and made her momma some pulled pork nachos (mom had to work 3 12s in a row).  She then took a shower and was out cold by 9pm. It’s now it’s now just after 7am with no signs of her getting up soon.

    Thank you @MeTed, very proud of my little munchkin.  She’s an exceptional young lady, she’s such a good kid.  She loves to serve others and uses her joy of cooking as a way to do that.

    Wow Chef Norah Grace delivers again with another home run!  It’s Memorial Day just getting started here but Chef Norah Grace already has us all lapped!  What will Chef Norah Grace conquer next?

    The hits just keep on coming.  No end of talent and drive.  As @JohnInCarolina said, "she has us all lapped." 
    Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood.  Life is too short for light/lite beer!  Seems I'm livin in a transitional period. CHEETO (aka Agent Orange) makes Nixon look like a saint.

    @JohnInCarolina and @lousubcap thanks for the kind words, she’s always excited when someone complements her cooking and food.  She gets so excited when we hope on here together and she sees something fun to try.  She’s going to try to tackle an SRF Brisket for my birthday.  She also hoping to make it to Butt Blast next year to meet some of this crazy group.

    You and your daughter are of course more than welcome at Butt Blast.  Several families have been attending every year, even this one where we had plenty of rain.  There are more than a few kids her age helping out with the cooks.  She would fit right in I'm sure!

    @JohnInCarolina I'm not sure the Butt Blast adult egos could handle Chef Norah Grace's skill-set.  Be careful what you ask for... =)

    The recover for little chef continues....she’s decided to soak in the tub for awhile.  She keeps telling me that she’s exhausted, and needs to recover before school tomorrow.  

    Watching her today has brought a smile to my face, she’s kept moving from coach to recliner and talking about how exhausted she is.

    It was a joy watching her work yesterday. She kept at it and was the star of the party.  She passed out her ”business” cards that @Photo Egg made for her and had her banner up behind her during “service”.  She’s hoping to book another part this summer. 

    Thank you all for letting us share the adventure of kamado cooking with this group.
