Not a part of the chicken that I don't like. Even, maybe especially, the liver! Nice pic!

I hate it when I go to the kitchen for food and all I find are ingredients!

+1 @nolaegghead. I’ve been cooking some boneless thighs with an Alabama white sauce. Hard to beet. I’m not crazy about the drumstick, my least favorite chicken part.

I picked up some thighs today from the Asian market.  They are marinating in buttermilk and spices.  Will SV them tomorrow then batter and fry.

@nolaegghead looking forward to seeing those.  We eat a ton of thighs in our house as well, but the wife wanted legs so that’s what she gets. You know how it goes your married.

I love the drum stick when eating fried chicken. In fact, the dark meat is my preference fried or with BBQ sauce. I like the breast meat when making chicken salad, kabobs, chicken noodle soup, and enjoy it when baked without sauce. I know, I am all over the place but like me some yardbird. Now chic wings.......well that is a different proposition all together.

@northGAcock truth be told I love chicken no matter what it is. Fried, grilled, smoked or roasted, but when it comes to wings, I hate, hate, hate flats. It’s funny because when I make wings my wife loves glares and Norah and I love the drums.

The “Asian market” means Peru not Okinawa just in case you’re romanticizing where your low quality chicken thighs come from.
I used to be able to name every nut that there was.

@ryantt my wife and I are just the opposite. When we cook wings or order them out she eats the drums and I eat the flats.

Asian market is the location, the brand was Sanderson Farms.

Also bought some hand lotion you might like called "Johnson and Johnson".

With you having won the International World Championship at Wing Ding, I certainly thought your favorite would be wings.

It must be great to be in the Wing Ding Hall of Fame.
