New to the egg; new to the forum. So be gentle! 😁
Today’s menu is beans from scratch and Mac and cheese. I used two firebricks and a slightly smaller than 18” grill to get the second tier. I’m still getting used to the relative lack of room on the BGE compared to my Weber Smoky Mountain.

I substituted Jack cheese for the cheddar (because I had some on hand) but generally followed the rest as provided. -
